Problem Note 51155: Optimization might fail and generate the error "The ORDER_MIN for XXXXXXXXXXX makes it impossible to meet the pack type constraints..."

Optimization might fail when some stores have a pack_type_max of 0 and other stores have the value unbounded in SAS® Pack Optimization. When this happens, an error message similar to the following error is generated in the log:
The ORDER_MIN for XXXXXXXXXXX makes it impossible to meet the pack type constraints. The ORDER_MIN is XXXX but the pack type constraints will provide at most 0 units.
